A library meant to replicate RTS voice announcer.
Contains 91 sound events that any pack can exploit, with the possibility to add more.
Usage for Players:
Patch it above any VA pack that you wish to use in your mod manager, recommend only using one VA pack at a time unless you know what you are doing (I can't stop you)
Usage for Modders:
VAS is meant to be used as a dependency to add your own VA pack, you will find inside a folder named "template-for-modder" containing all the necessary (with comments) to start your own pack.
