Description
Replaces the normal Soldiers on the Collector's Federation Cruiser with Clone Soldiers and appends them to the appropriate lists.
Potential Incompatibilities
Any addon that clobbers one of the lists I appended the Clone Soldiers to must be patched before this addon, or the Clone Soldiers won't count for blue options that use that list.
Changelog
Removed Clone Soldiers from LIST_CREW_FEDERATION_ELITE, fixing a bug where you could get Clone Soldiers from an event.
