Instant Clone and Heal after Battle

Description
This addon makes cloning instant and instantly heals your crew if you have a powered medbay or crew/drone that can heal other crew when you're not in a battle. However, you also won't have instant cloning or healing if the oxygen is broken, there's a fire, or for the instant healing, a breached system. It also takes into account health requirements for abilities, so it won't heal your crew if your Shell Scientist is too damaged after a battle. Finally, only anaerobic crew will be instantly healed in ships with no oxygen system unless they have healing that can counteract suffocation.
If, despite all the checks, this addon still gives you some sort of advantage in a situation you encounter, then please ping me about it in the Multiverse Discord! This addon is meant to be purely quality of life.
Potential Incompatibilities
If an addon adds a very out there way for a crew to heal another crew, this addon might not detect that. Something that will definitely come up, however, is that augments that heal crew aren't detected by this addon. Hopefully this will be possible the next Hyperspace update.
Changelog
1.5: Fixed a bug where drones would count for healing when they weren't deployed. Also fixed something that wasn't causing problems yet, but could've in the future.
1.4: Apparently the stat boost detection didn't work at all... That's now fixed.
Stat boosts with whitelists or blacklists will not count.
Instant healing will no longer apply to any healer unless there's another one available (including the medbay) and they aren't decaying. A more robust system that can detect if a crew can heal themselves is coming soon!
1.3: Abilities that heal crew using stat boosts will now be detected! However, this will not apply to abilities that kill the crew with the ability.
Instant cloning and healing can now occur when the oxygen system is off, but you must have greater than 70% oxygen. It still doesn't happen if the oxygen system is completely destroyed, however.
Abilities no longer count when the crew with the ability is afflicted by madness.
Crew with natural health decay will no longer be instantly healed unless the best available healing is greater than the decay.
Instant cloning and healing no longer occurs when in an event.
1.2: Crew with death timers no longer get instantly healed. Thank you to DesertPrinter for implementing the fix!
1.1: Fixed crew with a heal speed of 0 being healed from the instant healing part of this addon. Forgot to say it earlier, but thanks to Pepson for helping me with an issue I had!
