This mod makes the Temporal System affect not only the speed of the crew in the room, but also the speed of the systems. For example, you can now use the Temporal System on weapon system to speed up or slow down weapon charging. But there's more than just that, certain systems like shields or drones have powerful custom effects when you use temporal system on them. Detailed effects are listed below.

* All ion effects can be sped up (+0.5x, +1.43x, +3.0x, +10.0x) or slowed down (-0.5x).
* Hacking can cancel out most custom effects listed above.
