I've got Forgemaster 0.6.1.1 and I'm not getting the reroute to the twisted sector, help?

I've got Forgemaster 0.6.1.1 and I'm not getting the reroute to the twisted sector, help? you have to beat some of the new twisted opponents. I think after 3, you then get a reroute chance. |

So i install Forgemaster 0.6.1.1 and after the first encounter with the Twisted Zoltan cruiser where i screw up and pick the option that remove the C.U.R.A augment , im now stuck with this bug where i can only fight the 12 ship that beat before the Zoltan ship and the Mantis B option just won't go away no matter how many time i beat them ; what should i do now ? Or should i just uninstall and reinstall again ?

Carnifex seems to not be forgable with the correct prerequisites present?
(My ship has a Flak II, a lanius and a level 3 clonebay.)
Am running the latest version of the mod.
